Water Damage Restoration & Reconstruction

We don’t just dry it out. We put it back.

Mitigation and reconstruction from one company — so nobody hands you off halfway through your own emergency.

The handoff problem

Most companies do half of this.

Water damage work is usually structured in two pieces. First, mitigation: extract the water, cut out saturated material, set fans and dehumidifiers, get the structure dry. Then, at some point, the equipment goes away.

And that’s where a lot of homeowners discover the second half doesn’t come with the first. You’re left with an open house, insulation exposed, an insurance file that’s only partly resolved, and a fresh search for a general contractor who wasn’t there when any of it happened — and who now has to reconstruct events from someone else’s notes.

Our standard: The job isn’t finished when the house is dry. It’s finished when it’s a home again.
Air movers and a dehumidifier drying a home interior after water damage
Drying is measured, not guessed. Equipment stays until the readings say it can go.

Reconstruction starts once the structure is actually dry.
An interior being rebuilt after water damage restoration
The same crew that dried it puts it back. No handoff, no second contract.

What we do

Both halves, one company.

MitigationSource identification and stop, water extraction, controlled demolition of unsalvageable material, drying and dehumidification, monitoring until the structure is genuinely dry — not just dry on the surface.
ReconstructionFraming, insulation, drywall, texture, trim, paint, flooring, cabinetry, tile, fixtures. Everything required to return the house to the condition it was in — at a finish quality we’d accept in our own homes.
DocumentationPhotographs, moisture readings and scope notes recorded as we go, because the reconstruction estimate is only as good as the record of what was removed and why.
Tools packed and the floor swept at the end of a workday

Insurance

Straight talk about your claim.

Most of this work runs through a claim. We’ll document what we find, provide scope in the format carriers expect, and talk to your adjuster where that helps.

We’ll also tell you plainly where we think a carrier’s scope has missed something, and where we think it hasn’t. Being your contractor doesn’t mean telling you only what you want to hear about your claim.

Certifications (IICRC or equivalent) to be confirmed by Selbor before publishing.
