The honest bit

Two things every remodeler knows and not all of them say.

One — the timeline is a range, not a date. Anyone giving you a single confident finish date on a bathroom before demo has either not opened a wall in this region or isn’t telling you the whole story. We’ll give you a realistic window, tell you what would extend it, and update you the moment that changes.

Two — the price can move, and you should know why before it does. Older North Texas housing stock hides things: previous work done without permits, plumbing that isn’t where the drawings say, subfloor damage under a leaking pan. We can’t promise none of that exists. We can promise you’ll hear about it immediately, with options and costs, before we proceed.
