Hail bruising is what an adjuster looks for. It is also what a bad inspection misses.

After a storm

When the knocking starts.

North Texas sits in one of the most active hail corridors in the country. After a significant event, your neighbourhood fills with people offering free inspections. Some are good companies. Some are here for the season.

A free inspection is not a favour. It’s a lead-generation activity. That doesn’t make it dishonest — we do them too — but it should tell you how to weigh the urgency you’re being sold.
You do not have to sign anything today.Any legitimate contractor will still be available next week. Pressure to sign before your insurer’s adjuster has been out is a sales tactic.
Not all hail damage is claimable damage.Cosmetic marking and functional damage are different things, and an adjuster will assess them differently. If we don’t think you have a claim worth opening, we’ll tell you — opening a weak claim can cost you more than it recovers.
Ask where the company was two years ago.And where it’ll be in two more.
Our standard: If the homeowner deserves to know, we tell them.

Insurance work

What we will and won’t promise.

We work with your insurance carrier to make the process as smooth as we can — documenting damage properly, meeting the adjuster on site where that helps, and making sure the scope reflects what’s actually required.

What we won’t do is tell you what your carrier will decide. We don’t control that, and anyone who promises you an outcome is promising something they can’t deliver.
