A homeowner reading through a written estimate at the kitchen table

Questions people actually ask.

Tell the truthCommunicateOwn the problemDo it rightTake care of peopleBuild the relationship
Do you take small jobs?Yes. A $100 repair gets the same phone call as a $500,000 renovation.
How do you price work?Written scope and a price before we start, plus an honest account of what could change and what would trigger it. Confirm whether estimates or assessments are charged.
What happens if the price changes mid-project?You hear about it immediately — before we proceed, not after. Sometimes additional work is the homeowner’s responsibility and sometimes it isn’t. Our job is to approach that honestly and fairly.
What if you make a mistake? We tell you, and we fix it. Where the cost of correcting our mistake is properly ours, we bear it.
Do you work with insurance companies?Yes, on roofing and water damage in particular. We’ll document properly and speak to your adjuster. We won’t promise you what your carrier will decide — nobody can.
Do I really have a hail claim?Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Cosmetic marking and functional damage are treated differently. We’ll give you our honest read, including when it’s “don’t file.”
How long will my project take?A realistic range, plus what would extend it. Anyone quoting a single confident date before demolition is guessing.
Are you licensed and insured?Licence and insurance details to be supplied by Selbor before publishing.
What areas do you serve?Fort Worth, Arlington, Mansfield, Keller and across Dallas–Fort Worth.
Do you offer a warranty?Warranty terms to be supplied by Selbor.
